TPL Labels Ltd is a long-established, family-owned business and a leading supplier of premium flexible printed self adhesive labelling solutions. With continued growth and investment we are now seeking an ambitious Operations Manager with proven experience in the self adhesive labels sector to join our team.

The Role:
We are looking for a hands on Operations Manager who must have proven technical experience in a quality label printing environment . You will be responsible for managing day to day operations at our East Kilbride facility liaising with the group management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all production activities within the facility
* Manage, motivate, and develop production teams to meet output and quality targets
* Drive process improvements, workflow efficiency with the group management team
* Ensure all jobs are produced to specification and delivered on schedule
* Collaborate with planning, and technical teams to support customer and technical requirements
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate:
* Someone who has extensive experience operating flexographic printing machines producing hot foil, embossing and specialist finishes on Gallus printing presses and wants to progress into management 
* Strong operational and technical knowledge within flexographic printing
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills
* Solid understanding of production planning, technical solutions, and quality control
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
