We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Trainee to join our team and drive growth across both existing and new markets.

We’re looking for a Sales Trainee with energy, curiosity, and a genuine excitement to break into the world of packaging sales - an essential, innovative industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning the ropes of an agile business to business sales environment
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
• Identifying new business opportunities and helping drive growth
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of packaging solutions and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• A positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• A full UK driving licence (essential, as you’ll be prospecting and visiting clients)
• No prior sales experience needed - just the right mindset and ambition
